About
Two roommates, one ringing phone.
We started Nabi after watching clinics lose bookings to voicemail every evening, and then pay a second piece of software to keep the calendar the first one could not answer.
Why clinics
A clinic's front desk is the business.
A physio, a massage therapist, a med spa or a salon lives on appointments. The person who answers the phone decides how many there are. Most clinics are closed for more hours than they are open, and the calls do not stop at six. We wanted the phone answered every time, with the booking made properly, into a calendar the clinic actually runs on.

How we work
Small team, on the phone with clinics most days.
We set each clinic up ourselves, listen to its calls in the first week, and ship what the desk asks for, often the same week. We answer our own support line. If something is not built yet, we say so.
- Demo clinics are built to show the product, with made-up people; we never present them as customers.
- No pricing is published until it is settled with a clinic, and Nabi never takes a percentage of your sales.
- Your data leaves with you, in files Jane and Fresha can import.
- Week 1Set-up call, import, test calls. Phone forwarded.
- Week 1We read every hand-off and tune the greeting and the policies.
- Week 2Reminders, deposits and the waitlist switched on as the desk is ready.
- Week 4A look at what the AI handled, and what it should handle next.
