Clinic dashboard
The whole desk, one app.
Nabi is the calendar the AI books into, and everything the front desk does around it: clients, charts, payments, claims, staff and reports.
The day
Home is the day you are running, not a wall of numbers.
Who is in the lobby, who is in a room, who is ten minutes late, which chats are waiting for a person, and the visits nobody settled yesterday. The calendar sits beside it, with Day, Week, Staff and Rooms views, drag to move and keyboard shortcuts for the desk.
- Check in, start, check out and settle a visit from the row.
- A visit outside a practitioner's usual hours is flagged, and they are told.
- Rooms and machines are counted so two people cannot be booked on one laser.

Your data
Comes in from Jane, Fresha or Square. Leaves with you.
Bring your client list as a CSV and Nabi matches the columns; AI reads your service menu in. If you ever leave, one button downloads everything, with the client and appointment files laid out so Jane and Fresha can import them. No contract.
- Staff sign in with their own role; practitioners see their own schedule and charts.
- An iOS app for the calendar and inbox.
- Runs in English, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi and Vietnamese.
- Day 1Export your clients from your current software as a CSV.
- Day 1Upload it. Nabi matches the columns and flags duplicates.
- Day 2Services, hours and staff checked with you on a call.
- Day 3Phone line forwarded. Nabi is answering.
Questions clinics ask
- Is there a contract?
- No. Nabi is billed monthly and you can cancel any time from Billing or by email. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Can I submit insurance claims from Nabi?
- Claims are tracked in Nabi with fee codes, policies and insurer payments; submission to the insurer is still done by your desk on the insurer's portal.
