Texting and inbox
One number. One thread. Every visit confirmed.
Confirmations, reminders, the request to confirm and the waitlist offer all go out from the same number, each with a link that does the thing. Questions come in by phone, where Nabi answers.
Confirmation, deposit, reminder: the clinic sees every text it sent, next to the call, in one Inbox.
One-way texts
Every text does one job, and a tap finishes it.
Nabi texts from your clinic's number: the booking confirmation, the reminder, a request to confirm, a form that is still unsigned, an open slot for the waitlist. Each one carries a link to the client's own page, so confirming, moving or cancelling is one tap, with nothing to type back.
- Replies aren't read. Every text says so and gives your phone number, and Nabi answers that call.
- Texts go only to numbers the client opted in, and STOP is final. HELP works too.
- Nabi never promises something your clinic does not offer.
Reminders and confirmations
The ladder that turns a booking into a visit.
A confirmation when it is booked, a reminder the day before, a request to confirm, and a nudge if a form is still unsigned an hour out. Each rung is yours to switch on, and each one is one text.
- SunBooking confirmation sent.
- Tue 9 amReminder with the address and the parking note.
- Tue 9 amClient taps Confirm. Visit marked confirmed.
- Wed 2:15Form still unsigned: one nudge with the link.
The Inbox
Your desk sees every call and email, and can take over any thread.
Calls and email sit in one Inbox with the transcript, the client and what Nabi did. Take over an email thread to write yourself, hand it back when you are done, and read a Korean or Chinese conversation in English.
- Calls waiting for a person are counted on the Home page so nothing sits.
- Threads are translated into the desk's language as they arrive.
- A client who wants a person calls. Nabi puts them through, or takes a message when the desk is closed.

Questions clinics ask
- Does the clinic keep its own number?
- In Canada, yes: each clinic gets its own local number, and we can port yours. In the United States texts currently go through a shared registered Nabi number while per-clinic numbers clear carrier registration.
- What happens if a client texts back?
- The reply isn't read. Every text says so and gives your clinic's phone number, and STOP and HELP still work. A client who calls gets Nabi, or your desk.
- Can staff text from their phones?
- Staff send texts from the Inbox in the dashboard or the iOS app, from the clinic's number, so a client never has a staff member's personal number.
