    The call

It knows your menu, your hours and who does what.

Nabi reads the services, prices, practitioners and hours you set in Settings. It quotes the right length, offers only people certified for the service, and never promises a time that is not actually open.

    • Checks live availability before offering a time, including rooms and equipment.
    • Books, moves and cancels real appointments, with your cancellation rules applied.
    • Takes a card or a deposit during the call when your policy asks for one.
    A Tuesday evening, 7:52 pmIllustrative
    1. Caller

Hi, I'd like a 60 minute massage this week, any evening.

    2. Nabi

I can do Thursday at 6:30 pm with Baohui, or Friday at 5:00 with Mandish. Which works?

    3. Caller

Thursday. And I'm flexible that day if it helps.

    4. Nabi

Noted. You're booked Thursday at 6:30 pm. I'll text the confirmation to this number now.

    Reaching a person

Say "person" and it hands over.

A caller can ask for a person at any time, or press 0. When your desk is open Nabi puts them through; when it is closed it takes a message and flags the thread for the morning. Anything it cannot help with, it hands off rather than guessing.

    • Hand-offs land in the Inbox with the transcript and what the caller wanted.
    • Nabi says it is an AI assistant at the start of every call.
    • It never invents a service, a price or a time.

    Questions clinics ask

Does it sound like a robot?
It sounds like a calm receptionist who is never in a hurry. Book a demo and call the line yourself; that is the honest test.
What if the caller wants someone specific who is full?
Nabi offers that person's next opening, another practitioner certified for the service, or the waitlist. If a client on that day said they were flexible, Nabi can ask them by text to move and fit the caller in.
    Can it make outbound calls?
Not yet. Nabi answers calls; confirmations, reminders and waitlist offers go out by text.
