A massage clinic sells time with a particular therapist. Nabi books the right length with a certified therapist, and knows which clients could move when someone needs that exact hour.

Booking
Length, therapist, visit type. The way a client actually asks.
Nabi hears "an hour with Baohui on Thursday" and books a 60 minute subsequent visit with Baohui, if Baohui is certified for it and free. Student RMT services only book with the student. ICBC and benefits questions get the answers you set.
- A therapist who only works Tuesday to Thursday is never offered on a Friday.
- A client who wants one therapist can wait for them, or take another who has treated them before.
- Your cancellation policy is applied on every booking, by phone, by text or online.

Full days
When the therapist is full, Nabi does what a good desk does.
Clients who said they were flexible can be asked by text to move so a caller who only has one time fits in. Therapists who will start early or stay late on certain days can say so, and Nabi offers that stretch only when their regular day is full.

Pay
Commission by therapist, and by who brought the client in.
Each therapist has their rate. A therapist who brings their own clients can have a better rate on those visits; mark the client once and payroll splits the month into their clients and the clinic's.

Questions clinics ask
- Our therapists are subcontractors. Does that work?
- Yes. Each has a login, a schedule, certifications and a pay rate. Payroll shows what each earned by period; you pay them the way you do today.
- Can Nabi tell clients about direct billing?
- It says what you tell it to in Settings, and nothing more. If you do not direct bill, it will say so and explain how receipts work.
