For physiotherapy clinics

Initial or follow-up, claim or private. Nabi asks.

A physio front desk books by visit type, by payer and by who is certified. Nabi does the same on every call, and your desk keeps the claims in order.

Nabi

Bluewater Skin and Laser, this is Nabi.

Booking

The right visit, the right length, the right physio.

Nabi asks whether this is a first visit or a follow-up, and whether an insurer is paying. An ICBC client books the ICBC visit; a WorkSafeBC client books that one; a private client gets the private menu. A new phone number is not assumed to be a new client.

  • Only practitioners certified for the service are offered.
  • Intake and consent forms go out with the confirmation; the desk sees what is unsigned.
  • Referral and family-doctor fields on the client record.
A first callIllustrative
  1. Caller

I'd like to book physio, it's my first time with you.

  2. Nabi

Welcome. Will this be a private visit, or is ICBC or WorkSafeBC covering it?

  3. Caller

ICBC, I have a claim number.

  4. Nabi

I'll book an ICBC initial assessment. Daniel has Thursday at 9:00 am or Friday at 1:15 pm. Which works?

Claims

Every insured visit knows its claim.

Claim numbers, approved visits, the insurer's fee codes and what has been paid sit on the client and the visit. Home shows claims near their deadline and ones unpaid a month after submission; your desk submits on the insurer's portal and marks them in Nabi.

The plan

Treatment plans, rebooking and the clients who drift.

A plan sets the visits and the interval; the calendar shows who is due and who has lapsed. A client who stops booking gets a gentle text, and stops getting them the moment they say no.

  • Standing appointments every N weeks, booked as a series.
  • Chart notes with templates, and a dictated visit turned into a note.
  • Consent forms per service, signed on the client's phone.
A plan of sixIllustrative
  1. Visit 1Initial assessment. Plan set: six visits, weekly.
  2. Visit 2Booked as a series; reminders go out before each one.
  3. Week 4Visit 4 missed. Nabi offers the next two openings by text.
  4. Week 5Client taps one and rebooks. Plan back on track.

Questions clinics ask

Do you bill ICBC or WorkSafeBC directly?
Not yet. Nabi tracks the claim, the approved visits, fee codes and the insurer's payments; your desk submits on the insurer's portal.
Can a physio see only their own schedule?
Yes. Practitioners sign in with their own login and see their own day, clients and charts.
