How do I prepare for my first laser appointment?
Avoid sun exposure and self-tanner for two weeks before treatment, shave the area the night before, and skip retinol for three days prior.
How long do injectable results last?
Neuromodulator results typically last three to four months. Fillers depend on the product and area, generally six to eighteen months. Your provider will tell you what to expect for the specific plan you agree on.
Do you treat all skin types?
Yes. The clinic treats all Fitzpatrick types and adjusts device settings accordingly. Deeper skin tones are treated on longer wavelengths, which is why a consultation comes before any laser series.
Is there a consultation fee?
No. The consultation is complimentary and takes about thirty minutes, including a skin assessment and a written plan you can take away.
What if I need to cancel?
Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours the deposit is retained, and a no-show is billed at 50% of the booked service.
Where do I park?
Underground parking is validated for two hours. The clinic is on the ground floor with step-free access from the lobby.
