अक्सर पूछे जाने वाले प्रश्न

Fleetwood Village Massage & Wellness की टीम के जवाब। कुछ और पूछना हो तो कॉल करें या बुक करके पूछें।

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. Massage therapy and acupuncture are both direct access in BC. Some extended health plans ask for a referral before they reimburse massage, so it is worth checking your own plan.

Do you accept WCB claims?

No. The clinic does not accept WCB (WorkSafeBC) patients. We do direct bill ICBC and most extended health plans.

Do you bill my insurance directly?

For most extended health plans, yes. We submit at the end of the visit and you pay only what your plan does not cover. ICBC claims are billed directly to ICBC: bring your claim number and the date of the accident.

How long is my appointment?

Massage is booked as 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes. Acupuncture visits are 50 to 80 minutes depending on the treatment.

What is the difference between initial and subsequent visits?

Your first visit with us is an initial visit, which includes a health history and assessment. Every visit after that is a subsequent visit.

What is a student RMT massage?

A treatment with a supervised student in their final term of RMT training, at a reduced rate. It is a good option for relaxation, but it cannot be billed to extended health as registered massage therapy.

What if I need to cancel?

Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours, or a missed appointment, is charged the full amount of the service.

Where do I park?

Free parking in the plaza lot out front. We are in unit 301A at 15988 Fraser Highway, in Fleetwood Village.
