Do I need a patch test before color?
Yes. If it is your first color service with us, please stop by for a quick patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. It takes two minutes and only needs doing once.
Why are some prices listed as "from"?
A from price is the starting price. The final price depends on hair length, density, color history and the work involved, and Seven confirms the total at the consultation before the service starts.
How long does a color appointment take?
A single color is about 45 minutes, Creative Color Design about three hours, Bleach & Color about three and a half, and Paris Balayage four hours. Perms run two to three hours and straightening about two and a half.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes. A Hair Design & Style Consultation is 15 minutes and $37, and the fee is applied toward any hair service booked the same day. For a big change, going lighter or a correction, we would rather see you first.
Who should I book with?
Seven, our Creative Designer, takes every service on the menu. Anna takes blowouts and styling, hair treatments and consultations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule so the time can be offered to someone else. There is no cancellation fee.
Where do I park?
There is free parking in the lot outside the salon at 2011 Showers Drive, in The Crossings. We are a short walk from the San Antonio Caltrain station.
Do you take children?
The salon is adults only. We do not offer children's services.
