Do I need a patch test before colour?
Yes - a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first colour service with us. It takes two minutes at the front desk and only needs doing once.
How do stylist levels work?
Prices vary by stylist level, which is why services are quoted as a range. The desk will tell you the exact price for the stylist you're booking when you book.
How long does a colour appointment take?
A root retouch is about 90 minutes, full highlights two and a half to three hours, and a colour correction is booked as a half or full day after a consultation.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, and for any big change - going lighter, a colour correction, a fringe - we'd rather see you first. Consultations are 15 minutes and free.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice. Inside that window we charge 50% of the booked service, because the chair usually can't be refilled.
Where do I park?
There's metered street parking on Commercial Drive and free two-hour parking on the side streets east of the Drive.
